The Few Minutes I Use with My Four Minute Break.

      I had to go for a walk. Days go by and the number of wrongly made coffees seems to be increasing. On days that appear to be cold and confusing, they really are just cold and confusing. I grow stiff searching for ways to fill awkward stares when people look at me. I messed up a few coffees and maybe a few coffees after that, too. I want a cigarette; I don't even smoke.       I'm used to having ways to neglect time, but now I have to be still. These are the everyday thoughts of someone with a 4- minute break, at least for me. It's chilly outside, and so I sat outside the backdoor and observed. Although I haven't watched many seasons change in this position, it keeps me coming back. I stare at the ground, answer a couple questions inside my head, or think of any goals in life, break over.     As I stand up, brush off my jeans, I take off my thick black coat and hang it up nicely over on my hanger assigned to us employees.
